There have been a number of issues resolved and mitigations implemented and we have high level of confidence in the final phase plans. There are risks that some issue will arise that was unforeseen that could impact us, but every effort will be put in place to minimise risk or exposure.

With a project of this scale and size there are still a number of known risks which we are currently tracking and working on mitigating potential impacts.

Risks

Active Travel works timely completion - Risk of delays as required for opening for access to the development
Bar licence application - Pending application & award

Our hope at this point is to open Bremore Nua development in Oct, as we close out on the remaining build elements and potential risks. We will communicate closure and opening plans

Finally members of your club Executive and  sub committees will commence reaching out to club members for assistance going forward to support the running and future developments of the club, please consider the requests seriously, as even an hour a week can help greatly.

As we move together on this journey over the coming months, we need to remember that O'Dwyers GAA club is not the few, it is all of us, the present, the past and the future. We as current members have a duty to build on what our past members have achieved and ensure that we build on that achievement together and have a great club for the future.
